In the report released by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), the happiness index score is measured from several objective assessments such as the per capita income of the citizens of the country, health conditions, to the level of corruption that occurs in the country's government.

In the report, Finland is listed as the happiest country in the world. This makes Finland the happiest country in the world for five years in a row. It's no wonder when we see that Finland is the happiest country in the world because they have quite a large per capita income, pretty good government policies, as well as good education and health systems.

Under Finland, which is in second place, there is Denmark, which has a happiness score index of 7,636. after Denmark followed by Iceland, Switzerland, and the Netherlands which respectively ranked third, fourth, and fifth.
