If the video is over 25 MB in size, you can upload the video to a cloud service such as Google Drive. Then, you can include a Google Drive link that can be accessed to open the video file. Sending videos via Google Drive in Gmail can be done via Android, iOS, and PC.

How to send videos via Gmail on Android
- Open the Gmail app.
- Tap the "Pencil" icon in the lower-right corner.
- Write the recipient's name and the body of the e-mail message.
- To include a video, press the "Paperclip" icon on the top side of the app.
- Select the option "Attach files"
- Find and select the video that you want to attach.
- Wait until the video upload process is complete.
- You can see the title and size of the video in the body of the e-mail.
- Finally, press the "Send" button to send the e-mail along with the video that has been attached.
How to send videos via Google Drive on a mobile phone
For videos larger than 25 MB, first, upload the file to Google Drive.
- Open the Drive application
- Click the plus icon at the bottom of the screen
- Click "Upload" Select the video you want to upload and send
- Wait for the upload process to finish, the larger the size, the longer it takes.
- If the file has been uploaded to Google Drive, open the Gmail application
- Then click the "Write" icon to create a new message
- Fill in the e-mail address and subject as usual
- Click the Attachment icon
- Select "Insert from Drive" Select the file you want to send
- After the file is inserted, double-check the contents of the e-mail
- Click the triangular icon to the right (a paper airplane) in the upper right corner to send the video via Gmail.
How to send videos via Gmail on a PC
- Press the "Compose" button listed at the top left of the site.
- Write the recipient's name and the body of the e-mail message.
- To embed videos, press the "Attach Files" button which is marked with an icon shaped like a paperclip.
- Find and select the video that you want to attach.
- Wait until the video upload process is complete.
- You can see the title and size of the video in the body of the e-mail.
- Finally, press the "Send" button to send the e-mail along with the video that has been attached.
Just like on a cellphone, if the video you want to attach to Gmail exceeds 25 MB, you must first upload the video to Google Drive.
