TheIndonesia.co - Tourists who will vacation in Bali Province throughout 2022, besides being able to enjoy the natural beauty and friendliness of the people, can also enjoy seven superior cultural activities. These seven cultural festivals have passed the list of Kharisma Event Nusantara (KEN) 2022 of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
"So, tourists can plan and choose, what month will come on vacation to Bali and what festivals will be enjoyed," said Head of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office Tjok Bagus Pemayun in Denpasar, Friday, April 15, 2022.
The seven cultural festivals are:
1. Bali Spirit Festival in Ubud, Gianyar Regency (May 29-June 10, 2022),
2. Bali Arts Festival in Denpasar (June 12-July 10, 2022),
3. Ubud Village Jazz Festival (August 12-13, 2022),
4. Sanur Village Festival in Sanur, Denpasar City (August 19-21, 2022),
5. Pemuteran Bay Festival in Buleleng Regency (November 11-13, 2022),
6. Denpasar Festival (late November-December 24, 2022), and
7. Penglipuran Village Festival in Bangli Regency (December 7-10, 2022).
Through Kharisma Event Nusantara (KEN), a number of cultural festivals will be promoted throughout the world along with activities from other regions in Indonesia. These seven festivals are expected to show the world that Bali tourism has risen and is ready to be visited.

"We also invite MSME actors to be involved in the Nusantara Kharisma Event," he said.
Tjok Bagus added, that the total number of foreign tourist arrivals who had come on vacation to Bali until April 5, 2022, was as many as 14,430 people who had used the Visa on Arrival service. According to him, the increase in tourist visits is also inseparable from the community immunity (herd immunity) that has been formed.
Likewise, the achievement of booster vaccination in Bali Province reached 57.49 percent and all districts/cities reached above 40 percent. The highest in Denpasar reached 76.32 percent. "Balinese people are also very disciplined in following health protocols," said Tjok Bagus.
