The Monster Energy Yamaha’s reigning title holder’s 1’31.067 helped him ended the race ahead of Pramac Racing’s Jorge Martin and Johann Zarco.
KTM’s Brad Binder, Qatar GP winner Enea Bastianini, and Ducati's Francesco Bagnaia claimed the fourth, five, and sixth place and are set to start the Sunday’s race from the second row.
Meanwhile, Miguel Oliveira, Alex Rins, and Jack Miller will start from the third row.
