Justin Bieber Confirms November Jakarta Concert, Tickets on Sale Next Week

TheIndonesia.id - Canadian singer Justin Bieber has announced a concert in Jakarta on November 3 this year as part of the Asian leg of “Justice World Tour”.

The news about the concert to promote his album Justice was first shared by a fan account on Wednesday, March 23, and it was later confirmed by promoter PK Entertainment on Thursday.

“Justin Bieber, Justice World Tour. 3 November 2022,” the promoter announced on Instagram.

Tickets will go on sale on March 29 at 10.00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) at justinbieberinjakarta.com, and they start from Rp1.5 million (US$107). Other categories include Hold on VIP (Rp5.25 million), Peaches VIP (Rp6.25 million), and Ghost VIP (Rp8.5 million).

The pop singer is also scheduled to perform in Malaysia on October 22 and Japan on November 9, 12, 16, and 17.

For his Jakarta gig, PK Entertainment also confirmed that the concert will be held at Madya Stadium in Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Sports Complex.

“As of 10 a.m. today we have announced that after 11 years, Justin Bieber will return to Indonesia with his concert at GBK),” founder and CEO of PK Entertainment Peter Harjani said on Thursday.

While admitting the difficulty to organize an event of that scale during the COVID-19 pandemic, he ensured the event will follow all applicable and the most updated rules and regulations for the safety and comfort of the fans.

“It might seem a little complex, but that’s what we’re doing to make it safe and enjoyable. We continue to communicate and coordinate with concerning stakeholders, and we hope the situation can get better, and the industry can revive,” Harjani said.
