Constitutional Court Rules Parents, Guardians Can Report Child Sexual Abuse

The Constitutional Court has ruled that parents, guardians, and attorneys of victims of child sexual abuse can file a report on a case, thus making Article 293 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code (KUHP) deemed unconstitutional.
