TheIndonesia.co - Bank DKI is included in the Forbes list of the world's best banks or "World's Best Bank 2022", along with 19 other banks in Indonesia, including Bank BCA for private banks and Bank Mandiri, BNI, and BRI for state-owned banks. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as the majority shareholder of Bank DKI expressed its appreciation for the performance achieved by this regional bank.
"We are very proud. Thank you to our ladies and gentlemen who work at Bank DKI, and thank you for the trust of all citizens in Bank DKI," wrote Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, on his Instagram account which was uploaded on Saturday, April 16, 2022.
Patria hopes that Bank DKI keep improving its services so that residents feel happier and more secure in managing their finances.
The list of the World's Best Banks for 2022 is based on research conducted by Forbes on 45,000 customers from 27 countries to determine the ranking. In this research, bank ratings are assessed based on general customer satisfaction, such as customer trust, fees, digital services, and financial advice.
